These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PM Pixel (the "Service"), operated by Campbellclan7 Consulting Inc. (d/b/a 7C's Consulting / PM Pixel) ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PM Pixel is an independent study and practice tool for project-management certification exams. It provides practice questions, simulations, progress tracking, and study guidance. PM Pixel is currently offered as a research preview / beta and is provided "as is."
PM Pixel is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or any other certification body. "PMP," "PMI-ACP," and "PMI-PMOCP" are marks of PMI, and "CPMAI" is a mark of its respective owner; they are used here only to describe the exams PM Pixel helps you study for. Using PM Pixel does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your account and sign-in method. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
When you create an account, you agree to receive account and security email (such as sign-in links), which is required to use the Service. You may also receive optional study email (a welcome message, study reminders, and session or simulation summaries). You can opt out of optional email at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such message or in your account settings; opting out does not stop essential account/security email.
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank or other Service content; (b) share your account or use another person's account; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others; or (e) use automated means to access the Service except as we expressly permit.
The Service and its content — including questions, explanations, software, design, and branding — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You retain ownership of information you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that practice content matches any current exam. Study outcomes depend on many factors; we do not guarantee exam results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campbellclan7 Consulting Inc. and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
