PM Pixel ("PM Pixel," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Campbellclan7 Consulting Inc. (d/b/a 7C's Consulting / PM Pixel). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use PM Pixel (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

PM Pixel is a study and practice tool for project-management certification exams (such as PMP®, CPMAI™, PMI-ACP®, and PMI-PMOCP™). It is intended for working professionals and adults (18 or older). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Account information you provide. Your email address, and optionally a display name, time zone, and the certification you're preparing for. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive basic profile information (name, email) from that provider to create your account.
Study and progress data. Information generated as you use the Service — practice sessions, questions answered, scores, timing, readiness estimates, goals, and study history — so we can show your progress and personalize practice.
Usage and device data. Standard technical and analytics data such as app interactions, approximate usage events, browser/device type, and a randomly generated identifier used to understand product usage. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Communications. Records of emails we send you and their delivery status (for example, delivered, bounced, or unsubscribed), so we can operate email reliably and honor your preferences.
We do not collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or sensitive personal data through the Service.
We send two kinds of email: - Account/security email (e.g., sign-in links). These are necessary to use the Service and are not marketing. - Optional study/lifecycle email (welcome, study reminders, session and simulation summaries). Every one of these includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can unsubscribe at any time from the email or from your account settings; unsubscribing stops optional email but not essential account/security email.
If your address hard-bounces or you mark our mail as spam, we automatically stop sending you optional email.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads. We share information only with service providers who help us operate PM Pixel, under agreements that limit their use of it: - Supabase — database, authentication, and backend hosting. - Resend — sending our email. - Netlify — application hosting. - Google / Microsoft — only if you choose to sign in with them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
We keep account and study data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We keep email delivery records for a limited period for deliverability and compliance. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (see Section 8).
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of optional email. To exercise these, email pmpixel@7c-consulting.com. You can also manage email preferences in your account and unsubscribe from any optional email directly.
PM Pixel is operated from the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.
